When I was a kid in high school, a guy around the corner from us had a green one. He would turn the corner and hold down the front brake and do burnouts in the gutter where the water pooled. I remember also thinking what an odd sounding bike, but man it was fast as hell. He used to do wheelies down the street. it took nothting to get the front up. Powerful bike.  Boy was I envious!!

I had the opportunety of testing one of theese widowmakers back in 1973,I was then only 18 ,I drived it on the freeway 187 km/h and allmoust could have get killed,because it started to wobble like hell ,I dont remember if there was any steeringdamper on it,but I should say there was to much power and nou driveabilety on that bike,it was then the horsepower war was beginning for real.I`m a lucky guy, because I´m still driving,and I drive fast and fury,last summer with a Busa.cheers Ralf/Finland

Ich will ja nicht meckern, aber mir ist einiges aufgefallen, das mir nicht gefällt.

Die Griffe sehen aus wie Klopapierrollen.

Der zentrale Lenkungsdämpfer sieht auch etwas komisch aus.

Die dritte Armatur ist besonders optisch ein Fremdkörper.

Das K auf dem Oelpumpendeckel sieht nicht wirklich gut aus.

Und der Gepäckträger stört die ganze Optik.

Grosses Lob aber an den sonstigen Zustand des Bikes.

Habe selbst seit 1976 eine 72er H2 in Candy-Gold bei mir zuhause.

the 750 is very lound. 2stroke. the 1300 is very quiet, makes a low noise hissing sound.

2 stroke- i'll bet that thing will fly. it is in great condition for a '72 model. the biggest motorcyle i had was a 250 trials bike. it had lights and it was street legal. (((hugs))) :)

Back in 1974 I was trying out a Kaw.750 triple and almost crashed from a high-speed [115 mph] wobble! That was a very fast bike!
