What do people not understand about Ancient Egypt being a multi-ethnic civilization. Cultural trades were also progressing with them since then, and also an era of Hysos invading and taking over Egypt. They depict them by skin color compared to Ancient Egyptians also--painting right in the wiki for Hyksos. You can see by King Tut's feature and his father Aten, it still had a strong African flow even in 1300s B.C. But, like any foreign reign or migration, mixture is inevitable.
