Arnold still has the best body of all time. At 245 he was big but still had natural mobility (his size didnt inhibit natural movement) His muscle bellies were full, had great shape, were aesthetically pleasing to the eye, and exploded in size when he flexed in comparison to being relaxed. Just look at 4:43 how perfect everything looks. Todays bodybuilders are massive but have exceeded beauty and have perverted the male figure into a monstrosity. Arnold was 1 in a million, and imo still the best.

Modern bodybuilders have distended stomachs from abusing growth hormones..like a pot belly (defined or not) I'm in no way putting down modern bodybuilders as I know how much dedication and effort it takes to build up a physique..drugs or not. As someone said here earlier, Arnold was a beast.

He would eat x6 meals per day, at 3hour intervals.

he would be consistant with his training and rest periods.

when you remain loyal to the gym, Religiously eat every 3 hours, and dedicate your life to the hobby,thats when you buils muscle, steroids is like a turbo boost, but its upto you to do the work, without the mentioned dedication and nutrition, steroids are useless.
