This is cool. I like the older music for it's simplicity and agression. I am a long time fan of tool, but i have to say there is something lacking from maynard's performance in the last few years. I know people get older, get bored, but adam and especially danny seem to have so much vitality. Maynard seems to just kinda, go through the motions. As for justin, well i like him...but i don't usually pay much attention to him.

When they performed this in Lollapalooza (a couple of days later), not only was it a big surprise for me, but the performance literally sent chills down my spine. The way Maynard moaned for "water" in the beginning, and the rest of the song, total epicness.

Mediocre camera work. Good video but if you were to show the whole stage, lights back drop, and all 4 members throughout it would be much better. You did good on those parts. This is the reason TOOL doesn't put out a live DVD. Because of all the cuts and close ups among the other B.S. Really you only showed half the band and no visuals almost the entire video. I would have thought at least a close up of the solo if one at all...

I doubt this was done with a digi cam. HD, optical zoom, great audio, probably alot of memory, perhaps image stabilization. If you know of a digi cam that can do all that, please let me know.

They let these in, huh? I checked ahead of time on the APW website and it said no video or audio recording. The website was wrong apparently.

Most of the people I saw filming were using photo cams and cell phones. If there are any other films out there as good as this one please let me know.
