Well done, Mr. Mox. It isn't perfect, but very, very well done. I suppose the only way it could be done perfectly would be to form your own jazz band and practice this song for a month or two. The same goes for your other efforts. Thank you for the spectacular job you did on these beloved songs. They haunt my memories and have never died-they sometimes come back to me, even songs I haven't heard since they stopped re-running the show at the beginning of the eighties. I hope you can do more!
@mrjonzmusic You did an amazing job (I already commented on your video). I put a link in my vid to link to yours so hopefully that will help get some views over to yours! Thanks for letting me know about it! As I said, yours is definitely a more authentic version than mine. I can't wait to hear more of your stuff!
@moxxi Thanx for "moxximizing" my vid!! LOL....it wasn't until after watching yours that I decided to give it a shot....IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT!! LOL so thanx for the inspiration!!!!
Thanks for this. I have been searching for a certain melody that used to be play at the end of the show -when they discussed next weeks episode. Nothing so far.
@moxxi was this one of the ray ellis ones? I know they said that someone broke into his apartment and stole a bunch of his recordings? is this correct do you know? .. either way I do remember this tune from the series! good job
@Garyindiana11 Hey thanks! Glad you guys like these. I had a blast doing them. It was something I always wanted to do, but never had the time for. I kept expecting someone to locate the originals...when that looked like it wasn't happening, I spent some time in 07 recreating these tunes and about a two weeks after I finished them, someone found a bunch of originals (but not the ones I did).
@moxxi i LOVED this...i can not get over how close you got to the original...i have listened to this at least 30 times...my 23 yr old son that it was a version from the original....how did one man do this ?? i am very impressed. would love to hear more of your work...especially if it is original Spider Man oriented. i always thought i was the only one who loved that music...it appears we are many :-) write me at StarMakerBolin@yahoo.com or KennyBolin@msn.com Thanks pal
Very cool! I would send you the chords and tab but I never bothered to write them down when I figured them out. :) Good luck and thanks for taking the time to send me a note. I appreciate hearing from people who like this music!
Have you been over to the Spider-Jazz Yahoo group (link in the info description)? I don't know if Henry has this tune on his KPM library compilation or not as I don't know the real name of the song. You can also search KPM stuff on itunes, there is a lot of music from that era that while you may not recognize it, it's in the same vein as the Spidey jazz music.
Very nice recreation of the music. Almost reminds me of the group Yello in it's approach. Good to see there are a few of us out there who enjoyed the spidey music of the day. I think the music is one of the things I really looked forward to in the show. Nice jam towards the two minute mark. Thanks for posting.
Glad that you like these. Over the years I would talk to people who loved this music just like I did. I was waiting for someone to locate the originals but that never happened so one day I thought I would try and recreate them for my son. Thanks for taking the time to post. Much appreciated!
If you're speaking about the main guitar that's kind of clean, it was a Garageband Clean Jazz setting (I just went and looked at the original file). It took me awhile to fine the file too... I originally called it Vulture. I must have heard it in a Vulture episode when I was learning the song from Youtube. :)

Does any one knows the music they used at the end of each show of season 3 to introduce what was coming up on the next episode?

This song is exact to the original, except for the second part. How did you get the guitar sound?
