He had one of the best matches in Wrestlemania history against his brother Bret Hart at WM X, which is highly underrated and even main evented Summerslam against Bret Hart in a Steel Cage match for the WWF Championship, which was rated 5 stars. Owen Hart is a legend because of the legacy he left in the WWE. A great wrestler and a very great personality.
Yes hbk is better than hogan hogan was all media hype thats all and has a ego backstage hbk has better in-ring skills than hogan and can cut a better promo than hogan.
