This movie was under rated like Tommy Boy was. Whenever a liberal movie critic doesn't like it and gives it a low score, this is usually a sign to go see it because it's usually very funny and politically incorrect. I only see movies the movie critics dislike.

All in all this movie was a total waste of time. Both mine, and the people involved in making it. Political satire is a powerful tool, but this did not come close.
Looking at the trailer, I have a feeling this film probably sucks. Which is what happens every time you get overly political in a film. Yes people, when conservatives get overly preachy in a film, it's just as gross as when liberals do it.
But Trace Adkins seems pretty funny. So I might watch it for those scenes.

I thought it was a damn insult that the one (count it...ONE) preview trailer that was shown beforehand was Oliver Stone's "W". I'd be surprised if "American Carol" was shown as a preview before "W", but I won't find out personally. I'm not going to patronize it.

This was a very funny movie. It has James Woods, Dennis Hopper, and scores of other recognizable faces. The man playing the terrorist chief you will recognize..he's just great. Paris Hilton even shows up. It's one of the best comedies I've seen in awhile and makes you feel good about America.

Propaganda movie explaining that all Muslims are terrorists and anyone who criticizes the U.S. hates America. Do all Christians take their congregations into the jungle and feed them cyanide laced Kool-Ade? That hypothesis makes as much sense as the reasoning behind this movie.
All in all this movie was a total waste of time. Both mine, and the people involved in making it. Political satire is a powerful tool, but this did not come close.

Looking at the trailer, I have a feeling this film probably sucks. Which is what happens every time you get overly political in a film. Yes people, when conservatives get overly preachy in a film, it's just as gross as when liberals do it.
But Trace Adkins seems pretty funny. So I might watch it for those scenes.

I thought it was a damn insult that the one (count it...ONE) preview trailer that was shown beforehand was Oliver Stone's "W". I'd be surprised if "American Carol" was shown as a preview before "W", but I won't find out personally. I'm not going to patronize it.

Democrats passed laws with pressure from leftist groups like acorn and forced lenders to loan to illegals and other unqualified people. Barney frank lied to the public and said in one phrase that fanny was a bad investment and then in the next sentence said ya it's safe to invest in. Democrats blocked legislation in the early 2000's that would have stopped the bad loans at both fanny and freddy. Who else but the democrats would make such politically correct bullshit laws.

This was a very funny movie. It has James Woods, Dennis Hopper, and scores of other recognizable faces. The man playing the terrorist chief you will recognize..he's just great. Paris Hilton even shows up. It's one of the best comedies I've seen in awhile and makes you feel good about America.

Watched this movie friday night. I have never laughted so hard for so long in my entire life. Conservatives will love it - liberals may not like its message but I would bet $100 that an aclu member could not sit through it without busting a gut. The fellow that sat beside me said that he was about as left as you could get and I had a hard time listening to the movie at some points because he was laughing so hard.

Racist? The government FORCED banks to make loans to bad borrowers (sub-prime) and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac bought the mortgage backed securities up by the hundreds of billions. When the housing market crashed, the homes were worth less then the borrowers owe so they walked away from the loans and now the banks are stuck. The government got involved and created a housing bubble. Now taxpayers are footing the bill.
Call it racist b/c you dont know or dont want to hear it, thats what happened.

Just saw this movie; it's a 12 on a scale of 1-10. Hilarious, true and spot-on. It correctly calls out and mocks the liberal left, including the corrupt college establishement. It's a must-see if you love America. It's filled with "Change and Hope."
