Their appraisals are nowhere near what the items "actually" achieve. They estimate these based on Christie's or Sotheby's auction records of similar items, where the ppl have practically more money than god to blow on useless items. The value of anything is subjective. An item is worth what people are willing to pay for it. Good luck getting someone to pay 1 mill for that hunk of garbage.
The reason he's not shocked is because it's all prerehearsed. I spent years thinking it was total shock factor, and then I found out it was a lie... This is awful.
