could it be that the older gretsch white falcon guitar (of Malcom Young for example) is much bigger than the White Falcon guitars which gretsch produced today?

I think the new White Falcon (the G6136T for example) looks much smaller on photos... or have they still the same size?

I would give my left leg for a Gretsch White Falcon. They are around $3,000 and lord knows i don't have the money. I just recieved a Gibson Country Gentleman from my grandpa today for a graduation present. It was his so it means alot. But man, a white falcon is a beauty.

Gretsch are really a terrific guitar! i have the Gretsch White Penguin its similar to the falcon its really is one of the most beautiful guitar in the world well i cant find a video of the white penguin i wonder why.

Well, white penguin are not same with the white falcon, both have the different body shape, a les paul shape and archtop.

Jazzmaster is good if you want a floaty p-90 sound. Tele is good if you want a non-versatile bright sound. Strat is good if you want to be like everyone else.

White Falcon is good if you want a timeless, beautiful tone, used for every genre. It is my favorite guitar.
