it really sucks, I've been there several times. It is ALWAYS very crowded and very noisy. For a more enjoyable time goto a smaller aquarium like the one in Gatlinburgh TN, not as big but much more relaxing of an experience.

These kind of places just infuriate me. Absolutely rediculous!!! If you wanna see nice UW footage buy a Blue Planet DVD, watch Animal Planet or learn to scuba dive. People have no idea how many fish die while being kept in captivity and how brutal the industry behind all this actually is. Go watch The Cove.

I've been here 5 times, and it hasn't been able to not stun me every time. I love the exhibits and the areas where you get to feel the animals. There are tons of things to do here, and I'm in love with the tunnel. It's very interactive for kids and designed for easy access. The only problem is that because of it's title, it can become overcrowded and you may feel rushed. I have never been to the OA but after all the reviews I want to go there badly.

It might seem ugly, but how this place is better then the Okinawa Aquarium, is that this has the room that these creatures need, seeing the large ocean tank at the OA is very over crowded, and lacks the break in terriotry that fish need. Its like a very large elaborate fishbowl..compared to a peice of -real- ocean..
