I've seen Dion's speeches on Carbon Tax and I've just seen this speech by Harper.

If Dion wants a debate, he's going to get killed! Harper sounds 10x smarter than Stephanie.

I haven't seen this on the mainstream Canadian media networks. I guess they are just too focused on all of Harper's "controversies".
