Im Video steht Formen,Übung und Anwendung.Und wenn man dann die Techniken schnell macht dann kann niemand etwas dabei erkennen, also ist es nur zur Demonstrarion so langsam.Ich muss es am besten wissen, den das ist mein Meister.Und nur so nebenbei Übungen zu zweit macht man auch ein biesien langsamer weil man den gegenüber nicht verletzen will. Und bei den Part wo er angeblich die Muskeln verkrampft spannt er die nur an und das gehört sogar zur Technik.

So ein Scheiss.. Die bewegungen sind viel zu Langsam und verkrampft. Wushu ist schnell und geschmeidig.

agreed, i am indeed from the kensington school. on the subject of james, he is gone, don't ask me why, it is very complicated, and more unfortunately sihing joe myers doesn't come around very often anymore, danny shows up regularly though for lion dance
