At 3:13 there is a clear off-side. Gotta be 2 opponents (often including the goalkeeper), closer to the defence's goal line. In this scenario is zero or maybe one, but certainly not two as is required (but as the goalkeeper usually are one of them, people often forget the actual rule)

the thing people dont realise about peter enckleman at number 2 is that the goal should never have been awarded. The ball has not been touched by anyone from the throw in (including enckleman) and so the goal cannot be awarded!! 99% of people including the ref (and skysports at the time) missed this fundamental rule of the game.
