@XmegallicaX I'm Canadian and I disagree with you on two points. Firstly, I don't feel it's offensive. He's means "People who live in Canada and (US of)America." Secondly, while it's true that the obese person is an American stereotype, it's quite hateful, and many people aren't as described. I mean, the Canadian stereotype is something like a maple syrup and hockey loving peaceful person living in an igloo who says "Eh?" all the time, but I doubt that you're the last three.
