Urban Decay Primer Potion, is basically an eyeshadow primer that helps the eyeshadow last longer and not "crease" or like collect in the lid area, you can get it at sephora or ulta. It is kind of expensive at $16.00 a tube, but there are other ones that basically do the same thing. I just haven't found one that works as good as UDPP does.
yeah I get where you're comming from, this was my first time doing the "tape" method, usually I have soft lines but i wanted to recreate the look and in the video or photo rather it was very sharp and defined
