I know what you mean but I think its mainly to do with the damage to the wood the bikes can cause. Central is really BMX friendly and that's only down the road? There's a lot of terrain BMX can ride that skaters can't , either way people who starts fires like this are real idiots, these places are rare man.
this is all pretty disheartening and hate whoever did this but as a bmxer i think its a bit shoddy that we only get one evening a week to ride this sick park! new and old! i dont see any reason for it at all, of course its a small park but why make just the bmxers suffer? i dont see a 'bmx only' park... i would prefer a mixed park rather than a bmx only one anyway seen as i enjoy the company of skaters! i think theyre all cool and its always a good environment...
