I want to clarify some information related to a few of the comments here. The phone in the video is the X10 not the X3. It is the X10 that runs Android. The Pureness, which some are calling the X3, is a phone with a transparent LCD and more of a style focus than a feature focus.

I saw it in a few articles. Sony has been using it, so it could be likely. Then again, speculation at this point. As for the capacitive thing, i dont think sony would ruin the phone with a resistive screen and pull a nokia.

Are you sure? Besides Nokia and Samsung, I don't know anyone using an OLED screen. I was surprised that the Satio didn't have OLED. Sony does have that technology but not on the cell phones yet.

Rumors I heard about resistive screens is that they need it for the Asian market. They need it for drawing their characters in their language. Sony has never put out a capacitive screen. Nevertheless, I hope your right.

What do you need the hardware qwerty keyboard for? With the 4-inch screen that this phone has, you can type very fast with your fingers...

And besides, the phone looks and feels much slimmer without the hardware keyboard anyway. You can also compare the HTC Touch Pro and HTC Touch Diamond - the Touch Pro has a hardware keyboard and it feels like a brick in your pocket.

It does have multi-touch and capacitive screen, not sure about the flash tho. Btw, HTC Dragon is going to be released soon too, it has nearly the same specs as the Xperia X3 except for the camera. (All high-end HTC phones have camera flash.)

I've heard the QWERTY keyboard is much better than the touch keyboards. Don't know from personal experience, only what others told me.

X3 won't have the Xe Flash which is really poor on SE's part. LED flash just doesn't cut it on such a high end phone.

I wasn't aware of capacitance touch. That's great news! I hope Android OS turns out better than symbian. I've heard the Satio is constantly crashing!

I work with cell phones every day XD I know how Android works, and I know how WM works; I know that Android is a fair amount like the iPhone with its applications and customization. I also know that you can't change how the core functionality of the phone itself works, like you can with WM.
