He changes positions every 5 seconds depending upon whom he is entertaining at the moment. You are talking about a man who has served in the government for over 20 years as a public servent in one way or another. That a majority of those positions were humble or lacked the major publicity that his opponent's enjoyed does not somehow dminish his service.

Obama has said that pre-emptive action would only be taken: (1) if there was an imminent terrorist threat against America, (2) if it would prevent Iran from gaining possession of nuclear weapons. This is so that no nukes would EVER have to be used by anyone.
There is a difference between creating and authorizing the Patriot Act, and reauthorizing it to ensure that our current anti-terrorism structure is working properly, despite its many shortcomings.
But what is the direction? Not generalities, but specifics. These guys never say anything specific but get out of Iraq. So what. Ron Paul wants out of Iraq. Come on. What do you think these guys are going to do for this country? Mandatory health care? The Real ID? The Patriot Act? Military intervention around the globe? Endless taxation?

I'm a fan of the libertarian movement. My college economics professor was a Libertarian candidate for US Senate. I agree with y'all on many issues.
