I don't understand how people can listen to songs like Rain, Strawberry Fields Forever, A Day In The Life, Come Together, Oh Darling, Tommorow Never Knows, She Said She Said, Paperback Writer, Taxman, I Feel Fine, Ticket To Rider, etc and say Ringo is a bad drummer. He was a master of subtlety. His drumming perfectly compliments The Beatles songs.

And one thing people don't realize is that (if I remember correctly) he is left-handed and played on a right-handed drum kit. And yes before anyone says it's not a big deal, it really screws up your playing especially fills. Which could very well be one reason we don't see many fills.
