  • If my sikong is chan kam fai, it lives in venezuela. It is of the school of tsui kwong yuen. My sifu is jose marquez nuñez (of chili, direct pupil of the teacher chan) One notices that tenes a level Impressive of choy reads fut. I see your videoes and believe that they are very instructive. There are schools in Argentine that do the recreative kung fu / artistically. I see that vos train for the combat. I congratulate you. It makes me happy that you are of the family.

  • @Hakuru15 You're welcome, glad I could be of help!

  • It's good to see we have so many similarities!

  • very nice

  • @LOLittleHero thanks

  • Also called panther push ups.

  • Good video!

We train Chaap Chui using the middle finger in the center with the rest squeezing it to support. My sifu does the pushups on the wood floor but I cant yet.

Are you touching the floor with the whole flatface of the fist? We do it only with the point of the middle knuckle but others dont seem to train this way.

  • @9thDrunkenImmortal Thanks for the comment. Our school is hard floor so we d o it on that. I'm using the tips of my knuckles of course :) not the flat face. But if just starting out it is ok t o use the flats first to build some wrist strength in the beginning. Some ppl prefer to concentrate on one or two knuckles only, I like to condition all of mine. There's not really a wry ng/right way to do it as long as u. Feel the conditioning there's different ways that ppl prefer.

  • @9thDrunkenImmortal others don't train that way because it's not needed. But, continue if you like.

  • Very nice and informative video.

  • CLF is so dangerous and famous that the entire nation of Korea surrendered without a fight, and to honor CLF they named a noodle dish called the "chap choy" (chap chae, jap chae)

  • Lookin gangsta with the tats lol Helpful training info.

  • Yay Niko! Thats actually a good idea, i just practice my Chap Chui on big bags of sugar or a Tree wrapped in a towel..
