I am sorry to hear about the loss. I am a geocacher and I will not let this scare get in my way of geocaching. I have climbed cliffs myself. Giving up geocaching would be like giving up my car. Driving a car puts you at a risk as well. To my fellow cachers let's all be careful and happy caching.

Dawajchuju, it is discrimination? Really? So, in that line of thinking we should sue anyone or anything that is not accessible to a person with a disability? We should ban acrobatics, cross country running, etc. all for that reason and sue them? Btw, most Geocaching locations are NOT dangerous.

yeah, geocaching should be banned because id dangerous! What is more, all geocaches inaccessbile to cripped should be removed and their createtors sued for discrimination.
