There are certain shampoos and conditioners that wash out hair dye. For instance i have blond hair and i dyed it brown and after about a week it turned blonde again. I tryed it again andt eh same thing happened after i used a different dye. It turned out to be my shampoo :/ sorry i dont remember the name of it but yeah thats what happens.

bleach your bangs then buy coloured dyes and dye over the bleach just make sure your hair is bleached more than once for colours like blue because if you dye your hair blue with a bleached orange colour it wont turn out good ;p

if you want to bleach it do it slowly i suggest atleast only once a week on 20 and then treat it alot after each time you bleach it each week because your hair gets REALLY damaged your hair will probs be a orange colour at 1st but it will get lighter each week and if you treat it it wont be so dead after your finished
