  • @grandmasteryip Training triceps is really important. The biceps is only 33% of the upper arm, so if one want bigger arms, don't forget the triceps!

  • You were probably pulling your shoulders up by your ears, which is not uncommon. You have to make sure that you "set them down" and focus on using the triceps only not the trapezius.

  • I went searching for a video that would properly demonstrate a kickback, because I just KNEW I was doing something wrong (I barely felt any effect while doing them, and usually I'm in agony ;) ), and now I know how to do it right! Thanks so much! You're awesome.

  • how ocome my dips dpont burn? and when i workout i dont sewat but my arms will hurt like hell so i no i diid as much as i can

  • You need to pick your metabolism up in order to sweat. If you eat alot of junk food with added preservatives and artificial sweeteners, this can slow down your metabolism and make it very difficult to pick up, even in exercise.
