Yes, I know that it's Special Olympics. I was an Track Athlete myself a few years ago.

I never did Polar Bear Plunge, and wanted to see what it was all about. Now that I have. I don't think I want to try it. lol

I'm pretty sure they know what water is. They just don't care if it's cold. They are like little kids. They love to run around and play, and do crazy things like this.
