  • i think im in fucking love

  • redneckdude15 comments annoying as fu*k as a daily driver. Huh? What? I thought "rednecks" liked annoying things?

  • That aggressive of a cam is working with stock pistons ?

  • that would be annoying as fuck if its a daily driver

  • No PTV issues whatsoever. We assembled the stock heads on the bench using crower springs and retainers, and VT cams. The pistons are stock. Check with Jim at CMS about your stroker though.

  • Sweet sound man! I hate using youtube for questions/info but did you have any PTV issues? I was gonna get the CMS stage 3 which are the same as the VT. With a livernois 298ci stroker and DSS full cnc heads would there be any PTV issues? Thanks

  • What flowmasters u have on it I know u said 2 chamber but is it the 40s

  • so no PVC issues and did you degree them?

  • yeah, 502/465 on stock block / crank / pistons / rods & heads. The only thing non stock is the cams, and headers (bullitt intake).

    vortech V2- S-trim. at 14lbs / 12* of timing.

    CAR'S BEEN SOLD.

  • stock block meaning rotating assembly? and what blower you running?

  • Sweet ride. my gt needs to be tuned . runs rough

  • whats the difference between longtubes and shorty's? which gives better horsepower?

  • Longtubes FOR SURE. Shorty's don't produce any more power than stock manifolds.

  • Just bought those cams. Do you have a vid of your new exhaust set up?

  • When do those cams start making power? Are those cams good on the street? Thinking aiout getting these cams. Thank-you

  • These cams make power starting off-idle, to over 7k. They're not the best on the street though, VERY rough idle & can be tough to deal with during traffic. They take some getting used to, and a VERY good tuner.

  • I gotta ask what you have for exhaust and what part number are the cams? That's the sound i want for my 99 gt.

  • What you're hearing is;

MAC long tube headers/X-pipe/Flowmaster 2-chamber mufflers

since then, the Flows have been swapped for a MAC 3" cat-back.

You should call Jim Cushman @ Cushman Motorsports - tell him you heard/saw the car here.

  • Got Damn that shit sound good!!!! that shit sounds like a fox body!!!

  • Thanks. It's not easy to get a nasty idle on a 2V...

  • any internal work? or just cams? what kinda port job on the heads?

that sounds bad ass.jus started looking at the v2 kit and im doing the heads and cams at the moment but havent decided on the lower. those are good numbers.

  • hey im getting a v1 s trim soon. if i don't like it or think its too loud i would trade you.

  • yeah man let me know!!

  • Me likey! :o)

    Jim

  • sounds nasty, any numbers?

  • yeah, Thanks to Pete @ Performance-Dyno, Concord NH. for the tuning... 443hp/390tq... but that's not the end

  • Update, the car made 474 with 10#s - it's going back to the Dyno to see what 14#s will do after the winter.

  • Update!!!!!!

    NEW DYNO NUMBERS IN!!!!!

    502/465 w/ only 12* timing. (stock block)

  • @grecOface i know i have some questions to ask you about cams. i wanna get that sound when its just sitting and you can hear the cams how do i know which one to get which cams???
