@qb095 Except EA owned 2k when it came to hockey simlations...their NHL games were far superior to 2k's which is the reason 2k basically dropped out of the hockey game market a couple years back. EA's FIFA games are top shelf as well.

obvious suction: 0:28. he was suctioned in to try and make the tackle. also, the defender on the guys back was suctioned in at 1:04. 2k and Madden both have suction, its just in 11 its obvious and in 12 they try to hide it.

Too bad that every 2k game looks shitty and cartoony. If 2kgames could make their games looks as good as EA games, but with all the right sim characteristics then I would be pro 2k, but for now even though some mechanics look a little better, 2kgames looks very cartoony, and very glitchy.

What a broad generalization so what are you telling me that even Bio Shock 1 and 2 both high rated games or the Top Spins series another high rated game or Civilization another top rated game and lets not forget The GTA series or The Max Payne Series both developed by Rock Star but published by 2K Games are "Shitty and Cartoony" Its okay not to like a game but to demonized a whole company cuz they don't fix your standard of what a good video game is suppose to be is ridiculous.

Your "perfect" example at 1:50 shows a failed animation as well. The HB is fighting for the extra yardage as you said but the second #97 consecutive hit animation starts on him his forward momentum completely stops? A football game with set animations is NEVER going to be perfect, and in my honest opinion, Madden is the more fun of the 2 games.

what annoys me, makes me mad as a madden player is that some features that were in 1 year's madden game, disappears in the madden game after the next year's edition of madden. like that QB vision, where did that go? Or player roles that were in madden 08 but left out in madden 10 and 11? i'm not sure bout madden 09. Every yr they add new features, discard most of the unnoticeable features of the last game, and try to explain why we should spend $60 on this yr's game, instead of last yr's...

last week, (true story), i went on xbl game marketplace and downloaded madden 12 demo. As i waited 4 it to finish, i decided 2 browse A-Z on the demos on xbox live. So, I clicked on the "A " category, and i see "All-Pro Football 2k8 Demo." Naturally, i thought, "what is this crappy game doing here?" just cuz it wasnt a NFL title. I seen it got good reviews from others who played it and figured, wtf, i'll give it a go, and downloaded it 2. i started playing it and loved it. 2 days l8r i bought it

Madden will eventually put out a realistic game. Theyre intentionally not doing it so they can make more money. They know that people are going to buy the game every year in hope of a realistic game. If they go ahead and make the perfect game there will be nowhere to go after that. So theyre going to keep putting out the same rehashed bullshit until people stop buying it and then theyll put ut a realistic game.
