What you get are +12 max damage jewels for level 9 (cinnebar of wrath), fill out a hell-dropped 4 socket paladin only shield with those, then glitch to get all the skills/stats/life potions.

And then you can have a 600 damage 600 life Level 9 paladin too.

What he means is to get a helldropped normal palashield, because it has better mods than shields dropped in normal. Also, because it is dropped in hell, it will grant max socketeds from the sockquest in a5.

That is why you play hell to drop a NORMAL paladin shield (Targe) with 4 sockets and 60% ed 120 AR. Those can't spawn in normal or nightmare.

Trust me, my level 9 paladin used to have ~600hp and 560 sacrifice damage.
