There's a glitch where an NPC will become invisible.

It happens in Bomb Da Base II in MP inside the ship's lounge a lot.

You can still see their gunfire and their reticule health though,

Also,sometimes the cops glitch through the walls and shoot through them,happens a lot if you try holing up in a building in MP,especially hospitals.
