Nossa!! eu num sabia que Richard Jacques tambem tocava esses classicos da sega naum !!! o.O eu nunca tinha ouvido falar dele mesmo sempre ouvindo musicas de games e as proprias dele!! ^^ depois que baixei o album de metropois streed racer eu vi o nome dele .. soh que depois eu percebi que o nome dele tambem apareceia nos games de sonic 3d blast (saturn) e sonic R (eu sabia que tinha algo de semelhante pois as musicas tinham as mesmas caracteristicas)

@benbmx the remix that features in outrun 2 isn't as flamboyant as this. in this performance richard has added to the track that was in outrun 2, itself a remix of hiro's classic track from 1986's original OutRun
Nice Montuno patterns, dude-good octave playing too. Tough-competition is so awesome-gotta just love to play-Corea, all the other great Latin Salsa and Montuno piano players-saw live Tito Puente show years ago with dual grand pianos-I could not believe what these guys were playing-like Rachmaninoff for Salsa-huge chords, unbelievable fast octave runs in both hands, amazing contrapuntal stuff-I almost quit playing on the spot. Definitely a piano style worth putting out there. Thanks for posting.
absolutely brilliant. i think this is the best medley of outrun music i've ever heard, the soul of the soundtrack has been totally captured and then built on too. just love the improv from about 4:15!
