well, you can get mini lynx cans (or axe as it is in the us) that exact size and i empty it and fill with paint with a tube and a can of normal black, then it looks like deoderant, and they do loads of tags, especially as you can carry loads. you can do a decent throwie with like 2 or 3, and you can fill them with all colours
