it should open up to say it is a zip file, then you should save it from there

When you merge the two folders.. I've no idea how you're doing it. I've moved folders, tried everything and end up deleteing the file, re-downloading and trying again but nothing's working. when you talk about the folder mentioned at 2:55.. I can't find that folder. I know you can make up to like 15 of the same charcter appear at once, but if you want a duet you need to download it like a seperate shell, since the scripts are different and include both of theirs.

You most likely double click the .zip file, or click it ans choose 'UnZip' somewhere on the left of your window, from there choose the path to the shells folder and unzip. I believe that's how it works, I haven't used winzip in a while. It's not much different, they both do the same things.
