My cousin was a U.S. Marine and we went to his graduation from boot camp he was only 18 at the time. when we got home (FYI his father was abusive, he thought he still ran his life) his father raised his hand and voice to him. my cousin turned around and beat the shit out of him. his father when he recovered never did that again...ever.

I'm sorry if this opinion is different from all of you guys. Its not that sever in my opinion. He didn't go for any face shots, or anything, he went for the rear and the legs. So it would just sting really. Its a discipline that many families use so I don't think that it is wrong for him to do it. But I do think that the cursing is too much though.

I personally think that brutally killing, or beating a human being or defenseless animal should be punishable by death, and not a painless death.
