good commercial BUT AMEX IS A BIG BULLSHIT!!! i had to threaten them last time that i was going to file a case against them with federal trade commission if they did not resolve my dispute. then all of a sudden they reopened the dispute that they had closed earlier in favor of the merchant and credited me the amount within few days.

this commercial aired so many times last year, I think they had a stat up at one point during the Open that it had aired about 1800 times hehehe. it was hilarious to see that up there, the comms acknowledging that it was played so much!

I'm a merchant, and they won't pay charges we sent 2 months ago. We even called our clients and they where charged on there cards and already payed! But, american express won't pay us! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Does anyone know who we can complain to?
