This is ridiculous that it has come to a plea for asylum. There is no justification for the actions of the Vietnamese government in this case. The male monk's speech is full of sincerity and I hope his plea is answered.

Everybody knows that the French President is smart enough to surf on so many different vawes of upcoming situations in France, in Europe and the whole world and is always keen to appear to be the saviour of so many causes and situations!

So I would say go ahead and good luck!

PS: Try perhaps also to seek help at UNESCO in VIETNAM if they are implanted in the country.

They might be able to help you, right?!
