11 of the 12 defenses in the BIG 12 are ranked 75 or worse this year. That's out of 119. Sam Bradford is a good QB, if i had a heisman vote I would've voted for him. But with that said the defense in the BIG 12 couldn't be worse. Again you can't compare Sam Bradford and Peyton Manning. It wouldn't be a fair comparison because of the level of competition. BIG 12 defense is garbage. Peyton did what he did agiast a top 20 defense every other week.
And if you wanna say Tom Brady is the greatest that's your opinion. 3 Superbowls, a couple of MVPs, and seems to be a pretty good guy. I can't argue that. I think it's Peyton, but I respect anyone who thinks it's Brady. He's a great QB.
And for corners I have one name to watch out for. Eric Berry. Last years SEC's defensive freshman of the year. This year lead the nation in ints and was the SEC Defensive POTY. That's pretty impressive, cause the SEC is kinda the oppisite of the BIG 12, 11 defenses rannked in the top 25. And already returned 5 ints for tds and has already shattered the NCAA record for interception return yards as a sophmore. Hell maybe if we throw him a few screen passes he could steal, i mean win the heisman.

Michigan football will be back, the thing i love about most OSU fans is that they almost alwyas bring up app state whenever being Gator bait or Tiger bait gets brought up, and look at Michigan's record vs the SEC and against florida in particular, yeah thats what i thought and we owned florida the same year that we lost to app state

I doubt anyone from Nebraska has ever played 4 games with a chipped bone in his foot, but that's just a guess... Stop whining, you got your share of the title and we got ours. Both teams were good.

Well how you do in your 2001 bowl game? You got annihilated by Tennessee. And also I've left like 5 comments on this page... Haven't mentioned Peyton once. And as far as winning games, we didn't win that many year. Actually Tennessee's worst season ever. Still won a couple more that Michigan did.

And also... Since 1998 Tennessee has won 82 games and Michigan has 86. You act like Michigan has just won 50 more games. And in my opinion winning 82 in the SEC is way more impressive then winning 86 in the Big 10. And hey, atleast we beat our rivals half the time. Woodson was a great college corner. But there's a Charles Woodson every year.

And you said Woodson was the best player in college I disagree. I don't think the level of competion was equal that year. The Big 10 was strong that year but... It wasn't the SEC. We also ran into Nebraska, the real best team in college that year. So...
On an equal stage, that being the NFL, Peyton has defined himself to be the best, or atleast one of the best depending on how you look at it.
Woodson has defined himself to be a good to mediorce player with a shitty attitude.

First of all, Peyton is not the most popular player in the NFL nor is he the best at the quarterback spot. Tom Brady won NFL mvp last year for a reason. He carried the Patriots. Look at how they are doing without him. And you also said that theres never been another Peyton? There are several other quarterback I would rather have than him in college. Such as this years Heisman winner, Sam Bradford. Charles woodson remains the best corner in history of the game (The ESPN Top 25 players agrees)

11 of the 12 defenses in the BIG 12 are ranked 75 or worse this year. That's out of 119. Sam Bradford is a good QB, if i had a heisman vote I would've voted for him. But with that said the defense in the BIG 12 couldn't be worse. Again you can't compare Sam Bradford and Peyton Manning. It wouldn't be a fair comparison because of the level of competition. BIG 12 defense is garbage. Peyton did what he did agiast a top 20 defense every other week.

And for corners I have one name to watch out for. Eric Berry. Last years SEC's defensive freshman of the year. This year lead the nation in ints and was the SEC Defensive POTY. That's pretty impressive, cause the SEC is kinda the oppisite of the BIG 12, 11 defenses rannked in the top 25. And already returned 5 ints for tds and has already shattered the NCAA record for interception return yards as a sophmore. Hell maybe if we throw him a few screen passes he could steal, i mean win the heisman.

The reason the Big 12 defenses are so poorly ranked I think is because the Big 12 offenses are so fucking powerful. I agree Peytons a sweet quarterback, don't get me wrong.

Nebraska receiver dropped a pass and hit the ball with his foot and another Nebraska receiver caught the ball in the end-zone.
Nebraska fell from No.1 that week into the No.2 spot. Who was reputable in the BigXII that year. Michigan blew out the preseason No.1 PSU that year. Get real..
