No, not so. You can buy rubbing alcohol in the US. The guy who asked the question lives in the UK and would have to buy a product called Surgical Spirit as that is the equivalent of the American product.

u can use regular alchol such as havey liquor over 60% but it has to be crystal clear and u can also use paint thinner but it smells really bad and only works with thicker inks and paint but i would just stick to r.a and pens

i hate to tell everyone but this ink isnt all that. unfortunatly this pen ink is petro based and this recipe uses alcohol as a thinner which means, to buff it off...you guessed it, alcohol, acetone, or turpentine. its really messy and isnt opaque like paint markers. the only good thing about this kinda ink (pen ink) is no adhesion when paint over laps the tag unless multiple times, (there is a way around that, but that's my secret to fuck with toys XD)

You wash out the body i guess you didn't watch the entire thing and Rubbing alcahol is for cleaning cuts but it cleans the tubes out and turpentine cleans paint and ink So no for turpentine
