Put a lite cigarette inside an upside down glass to prevent damage to the inside of the microwave oven.

yeah, i saw it happen in my microwave before. The door was closed and i turned it off as soon as it appeared, but it was still there. A minute later it exploded and i couldn't see for 30 seconds.

You stick a burning match (or a toothpick - cause it`s longer) to a candle and put it into oven. Set timer. Have fun!
