The only question here is how much harmonic distortion there is in the output because mostly any headphone amp will drive a pair of 4 Ohm high sensitivity speakers.

What do you think the difference between the jh 13 and the jh 16 is?

The JH16 Pro has more bass drivers to increase the headroom and reduce the chance of distortion in live performing situations. In a live performance the dynamic range isn't as controlled like the say a recorded one. The JH16 Pro at default has about a 2db increase in low/sub bass than the JH13 Pro but offers no more detail than the JH13 Pro.
