@FoxtronInk This video was just taken for fun...never thought about uploading it to youtube. But, I will tell you that I should have gotten a video (and will) at how fast this thing can raise up and lower down. The fact that you can turn it 360! It can do 12ft (sorry didn't get video) with pure breeze. You can roll the whole thing around. It goes up super high...heights that you couldn't even climb faster! This is crazy fast...just cause I didn't get how fast it was in video!
Okay, the "Who" just happened to be playing. I just ended up getting video of 8' sheet, but most of what we did on ceiling was 12' and this did it sooooo easy. So, i don't see anyone doing 12' alone quickly and without pain haha. This is hydraulic hooked up with our air compressor (Husband rigged this together). It can reach I believe 25ft? Can make go up in air super slow or super fast!! Top spins to position drywall. Moves on wheels to make for easy easy.
@draconite420 Yes, it was the radio haha the camera just picked it up so clear. Sure does make it sound like it was planned that way...haha and it surely was not!
@luckofthegerman The radio in the background was playing the Who, so you would have to ask the radio state if it was required haha...just happen to play on radio when taping.
@1972teddy you can rent a lift that cranks up by hand for like 30 bucks for the day. They are realy good and easy to use.I would just rent a lift-its on wheels-easy to move around. This is cool though.Especialy if he had all the components around-otherwise.......
@milo555a good call, beats the heck out of paying someone who dont want to work 64 to help you struggle, I'm gonna use a 6 foot a frame with a 2 foot lift on top and just park that wherever and lay the board atop at 8 foot level or so, get the lift for the 8 to 16 foot pitched living room coming up, union plasterer turned dw
@milo555a The lifts are well...they do what they do. This however shoots up lightening fast (if you would like) and same with down...swivels, rolls, etc. holds the drywall snug to the ceiling and leaves your hands free.
Nice work! Good music too! Is that an actual drywall lift? I have never seen one like that before. Looks like an 8' sheet? I can hang that by myself in a fraction of the time. :) I'm guessing you don't get paid by peice work? ;)
notice the crap in the room. I show up and they still have junk in the way, I leave.

I like the pneumatic lift idea Got a couple of Q's though...
Q-1: Is it powerful enough to actually lift a beam or to use to push a bow out of a roof line from underneath?
Q-2: Store bought or Homemade?
If store bought who makes it and whats the model #?
The tool would be awesome for structural repairs if the base is solid and the power is strong enough to handle a heavy load..
Thanks for the vid!

Takes me less time to hang 10 sheets 4x12 than you think. Without your air supply.

@11Nublet I didn't plan to take a video and upload. I would have gotten the 12 footers and the speed of this thing.
