For those guessing that Genesis was turned into Kadaj...uh, sorry to "burst your bubble" but it's not. XD; Kadaj, Yazoo, and Loz are purely just remnants of Sephiroth only..if anyone played Dirge of Cerberus a couple years before Crisis Core came out and got the secret ending, they would know it's Weiss and Nero.. >>; Though the thought of Genesis being turned into Kadaj sounds interesting and would make a strange twist to the story line..

@shinraninja I think so..but more importantly, I think the secret ending in Dirge just means that FF7 as a series can't be over quite yet, not when Genesis woke up.. >> At least one more game/movie should be able to clear things up and tie up loose ends I say. :3

But I really want them to make a final or a new game to the completion to tie up what happened at the end of Dirge of Cerberus. What's Genesis's plans? Will Sephiroth come back again but to help stop Genesis? Will Zack or Angeal make another appearance from the Lifestream to help? We don't know..

I study the character, Genesis is not Weiss and Nero's brother....^^

Clearly can here part 0.11 said "Apparently the subject WILL become our brother"

but Genesis reject the offer and he disappear,sleep in the cave located under the Midgar City for 3 years until you can notice the secret ending in Dirge of Cerberus where Genesis awaken by Weiss's energy. Genesis new look outfit,long hair played by real Gackt.

This isn't a secret, this is the same scene that plays every time I beat Genesis, it's part of the storyline. Also, the reason they took him and called him brother, is because Shinra was attempting to recruit Genesis to Deepground, but he refused and encased himself in crystal until the day the world needed him. (Look up "Dirge of Cerberus: Genesis Ending" Also, it's Nero and Weiss from Dirge of Cerberus, watch the credits, it shows their names.

@8500408rg Its not Loz and Yazoo for the fact they were created when Sephiroth "dies" in FF7. Its Weiss and Nero because they bring Genesis back to deepground where they take cells from him to put into themselves, Shelke, Azul and Rosso. When Genesis realises, he escapes deepground and seals himself in the cave under Midgar. It explains in the Ultimatum. Crisis Core was made after Dirge of Cerberus and they changed some things.

This and the Secret ending of Dirge of Cerberus shows that there will be at least one more FF7 in the series. What it think is that one of the two people that got genesis is deepground, Weiss, and the other is Nero. That would explain why Genesis comes back and takes Weiss saying we still have much work to do. It all makes sense. There is no way these two are the ones from AC.

guys its Nero and Weiss from Dirge of Cerberus. the sign on their belts is the deepground symbol. Loz, Yazoo, and Kadaj are remnants of Sephiroth. When Sephiroth refused to be absorbed into the lifestream, he created the three of them, which is why they each have a third of his personality.

Genesis shows up in a secret ending on Dirge of the Cerberus. He is awakened from his imprisonment in a sphere of water after Weiss is killed. He picks Weiss up after saying a few lines, uses his one black wing to fly out of the tomb-like area. >_> It's definitely possible for them to make another game that continues the storyline with Genesis as the new villain...even though he's not nearly as strong or cool as good ol' Sephie.
