I like the idea of being able to punch and kick the shit out of enemies without having to sneak up and do fancy stealth moves all the time. I also like the environment interaction (throwing chairs, tables etc. around), as well as picking up and using other guns, weapons etc.

I think what they're trying to do is make Sam Fisher into Jason Bourne. If they do it well this game will be pretty good... If not it will just be an 'Assassin's Creed' in the future and much much worse.

Yes although to be quite honest I didn't like Assassin's Creed so much. It had some good ideas but it got repetitive and there was too much talking. I've always loved the splinter cell series though and hopefully this game will be as great as the others or better :)
