  • Where can you get glucose? Is it at a specialty grocery? Or just your average store?

  • question:how do you make the cone?

  • loving the aussie accent =]

  • 3 more videos webisodes coming soon! please stay tuned...

  • Hi Panhead88 sorry we have been busy with side projects. Castor sugar i will get back to you on, you can definately use a non stick pot, but still best to brush the sides as to not let the glucose crytalise too much on the edges where it is hottest.

  • questions; you said not to use castor sugar, why not?

Instead of brushing the pot with a wet pastry brush, can you use a non stick pot?

  • @panhead88 best to use graded sugar or sugar cubes, the sugar is better because its not so fine and has more dust and more likly to re crystallize.

Useing a wet brush is best so you do not form sugar crystals around the edges of the pan.

  • i love the idea of circle, bravo

  • Nice video.

Love the way you say "Crockonbush" hahahaa!

  • No water with the sugar.

  • great work!! you explain it so well, you almost make me feel like I could do it! but I can`t :D
