You just have to understand that time is not linear, it is simply another force, just like gravity. it flows but without contrast, no one would know how fast or how slow. therefor a observer is not something that is created THEN observes. if at anytime within a universe there in an observer. then that universe IS. The absence or nothingness, does not work like anything you can observe with in this realm, if you did then it WOULD exist.

Any desire to put a greater importance on the observer than what results from the physical observation has no merit. Observing is an action, but is a force-less one for the most part. The physical effect comes from the absorption of waves emitting from the scene (light/sound/radiation/etc...).

You can see something without observing it, for example. What I'm saying is that on the quantum level the inherent structure--as you call it--IS the observer. Simply "observing" or "looking" at a system does NOT constitute a measurement. Actually, physics is NOT as simple as "proven" or "disproven." We can certainly know that something is plain wrong if it disagrees with experiment, but just because something has empirical merit does not make it ultimately right. Newton's laws are a convenient idealization of nature, one we know to be wrong in extreme circumstances. What you or I call the laws of nature might be what someone else calls God, albeit the nomenclature is trivial. BTW, Eugenics has inspired murder.

The real question here should be: Before everything existed, who or what did the observing to cause everything to come into existence? Is this the God creator the Bible mentions? Matter & energy are the same so we are energy. The only reason why everything appears as matter is because the energy is traveling relative to all other energy. Early on in the vid when referring to, b4 the big bang he says, there was nothing no space no time and also other particular things he mentions are conciousness and thoughts did not exist. And then towards the end of the vid he is saying thought does not exist in space and time and talks about a realm, which also doesn't exist in space and time. And then goes on to say out of this non-existing realm comes, your thoughts, space, time and existence.
QUESTION: If you had an underground machine to grow a child, and feed it till it was say.. 15 yrs old then release it into the world ten thousand years from now on some kind of timer, and meanwhile during that ten thousand years all conscious life was wiped out would you expect that child to find nothing had changed since the last conscious being died? or that infact huge changes took place even without anyone to observe? ... this whole living on a plane of thought idea makes no sence to me.

@Savariousx1 I think the double slit vid is saying that on the quantum level particles are like (ripples) on water, the particle has no single position until u find a way to observe it. Our brain cannot observe the particle as a (ripple) so all we can see is the particle in one singular position. I can be totally wrong in my theory but that is what i gather from it so far. how do they know that? It seems to me that ever since quantum mechanics had told the public that we create everything with our thoughts so I figure why not just make stuff up and believe it. My mom used to tell me when I was a kid that if you tell yourself a lie long enough it will becomes the truth. Can you tell me the difference between what my mum said as suppose to quantum's discovery? I personally can't differentiate this view

But seriously, he could not be more wrong. Sorry. If you want an enlightened (and elementary) point of view on what constitutes a measurement in Quantum Mechanics you should read Griffith's book. Simply "observing" or "looking" at a system does NOT constitute a measurement. The failure is in the language, perhaps, but what truly constitutes a measurement is best described with terminology like "event" or "perturbance."

Physics is also founded on intuitive concepts, otherwise classical mechanics could have had a Lagrangian/Hamilton formalism before Newton's laws.
Maybe you should spend less time pretending you know physics and science and attack the religious through other means. Science and religion are mutually exclusive.

Actually, physics is NOT as simple as "proven" or "disproven." We can certainly know that something is plain wrong if it disagrees with experiment, but just because something has empirical merit does not make it ultimately right. Newton's laws are a convenient idealization of nature, one we know to be wrong in extreme circumstances. What you or I call the laws of nature might be what someone else calls God, albeit the nomenclature is trivial. BTW, Eugenics has inspired murder.

You sound an awful lot like a religious person saying "religion doesn't cause murder, it is used for murder." Eugenics is aimed explicitly at altering the course of human genetics, and many scientists have not ruled out the possibility of murder to ensure this. Ethnic cleansing is very often based on a "natural or genetic superiority" instead of a religious one. I actually don't believe that nature is self aware either, but I have no proof of that. That is purely an article of faith.

They are all equally perplexing, as none of them are intuitive concepts. This has nothing to do with quantum mechanics in any case, unless you're talking about normalizing wave-functions over infinite intervals. And in any case, a well trained physicist understands that these concepts are merely idealizations and thus not to be taken as literal interpretations.

The real question here should be: Before everything existed, who or what did the observing to cause everything to come into existence? Is this the God creator the Bible mentions? So without an observer consciousness would not exist? If matter and energy can change from one form to the other then the only thing which does not change is the initial observer. Matter & energy are the same so we are energy. The only reason why everything appears as matter is because the energy is traveling relative to all other energy. When consciousness interacts the energy wave collapses into matter(standing waves) The energy only appears to be standing still because it is traveling relative to all other energy. As soon as matter moves toward the speed of light it disappears(not relative), it then converts to energy. So consciousness is the only part which is real.

Early on in the vid when referring to, b4 the big bang he says, there was nothing no space no time and also other particular things he mentions are conciousness and thoughts did not exist. And then towards the end of the vid he is saying thought does not exist in space and time and talks about a realm, which also doesn't exist in space and time. And then goes on to say out of this non-existing realm comes, your thoughts, space, time and existence.

QUESTION: If you had an underground machine to grow a child, and feed it till it was say.. 15 yrs old then release it into the world ten thousand years from now on some kind of timer, and meanwhile during that ten thousand years all conscious life was wiped out would you expect that child to find nothing had changed since the last conscious being died? or that infact huge changes took place even without anyone to observe? ... this whole living on a plane of thought idea makes no sence to me.

both (hopefully) planes exist, we just live on a plane of thought in the physical world. all of your senses are tied to the mind, so the only way to perceive the physical world is through the mind, so, technically, we live on planes of thought.
essentially they are the same thing, but it will be hard to scientifically determine it.

@Savariousx1 I think the double slit vid is saying that on the quantum level particles are like (ripples) on water, the particle has no single position until u find a way to observe it. Our brain cannot observe the particle as a (ripple) so all we can see is the particle in one singular position. I can be totally wrong in my theory but that is what i gather from it so far. Very interesting video! I am very interested in quantum mechanics and believe that our thoughts represent the most advanced part of a universal process. Its very simple really. If this realm of absolute nothing existed then the laws of physics did not exsist either. Hense if theres no laws of physics things can happen for no reason whatsoever. Something could pop into existance for no reason at all, like laws of physics could happen for no reason at all hence creating everything for no reason at all. @olga2415 maybe you need to try and look at another way to all of this...cientist are needed.. look around you what they have created..??? what do you use in youre daily life..we woulndt had al of this was it not for those inteligent people..we would still be playing with stones and sticks...the most simple things we know now, but as time goes by it gets more complicated..its not only the surging for what is out there, its also the surge for what do we need now....
