Maybe that is why California is bankrupt, the lottery drained their economy? I do not waist my money on scratch off tickets. I buy the simple Texas Lottery 6 number with no power ball or bonus ball. I limit my self to only $2 and it is what I can afford. Many of the poor and middle class spend way too much money on lottery tickets than being realistic.
