  • @naruto1990zzz well..... the sperm or semen comes out of that tube so if they are cutting it they have to seal it with *emo-clips* in order to not have semen draining inside your body... those metal clips are like dental bracers so won't hurt you or rust... by the way, this is not varicocelectomy, this is a vicectomy video, this guy doesn't want to have children! it's not the same!
