By the way, American market needs new small cars. Big cars takes too much gasoline. New small european cars have almost the same interior space, less weight, less methal parts, more style and of course, more efficient engines that brings good power and save your pocket economy at the gas station. Europeans cars are bigger than a decade before, so Americans could them attractive now, specially if you´re not seduced by japanese car makers.

According to the new Kinetic Design, the C-Max had his turn to get a new fresh style. Originally based on the Focus platforfm the previous version got the same excellent handling and comfort of its bro Focus. It´s been always a fun car to drive even when it´s a minivan. And now wjth new platform and new style it makes a mini S-Max temptation. Wonder how this is going to look like the new Focus.....

Either way I actually like it it looks REALLY practical for families and not too bad looking and the new ford small cars are really holding up just as well as the Japanese which surprised me to be honest.

The real question is in 10 years at this rate who will be the top dog (in sales) Toyota or Ford

Well I agree two of my favorite car makers are Ford and Nissan.

That being said 5 years ago I would have bought a Toyota over a Focus or any Ford 4cyl now I think the Ford is just as reliable and will last 200k miles easy

So basically the Focus really won me over now if I was going for a midsize I'd get a Altima (if I got 4cyl) because the Fusion is just a Mazda 6 with Ford body if I got V6 well in that case for the price you pay you may as well get a Mercedes C-class Lexus IS or Infiniti G
