  • i like the bag but is dangerage and is don't recamde using it when traveling

  • like how you describe the shoes with holes in them waterproof :)

  • nice a idea to use a cute clutch as the passport holder!

  • that purse is not only ugly but very theftable under your arm, with no strap... not good if you have your passport and credit cards and money in it

  • @Siobanphotogirl I was just thinking the same thing! lol. I'm all for not sacrificing fashion, but I also like to hang onto my things...

I will disagree with you on the shoes, though. It's totally a matter of preference, but I'd need at least 4 pairs (and probably more...): nikes for when you have your backpack on, casual shoes when you're sightseeing, all-purpose dress shoes, and sandals.

  • @heartgirl40 yeah, it all depends on your priorities for the shoes... and maybe the length of the trip... seeing as I'm always traveling alone ( :( friends can't just take off like I can, darn husbands and kids spoil everything!!! ;) ), I don't go partying while I'm traveling...i'm mostly there for the sightseeing. If I anticipated an evening out I might bring a pair of nice shoes too.

  • backpacking in Europe requires 2 pairs: runners for exploring and flip-flops for around your hostel/hotel/campground.

  • what about for backpacking in Europe for several weeks?
