I had a mesh put in about 2 years ago for cystocele and rectocele. I just went to the GYN and he tells me that the bladder has dropped again. He says as long as it is not causing me any problems then I should let it alone. It is very uncomfortable and I am have some leakage. The doctor who did this surgery said it should last for 6 to 8 years. I really don't know what to do. What do you recommend that I do? I'm very frustrated. Thank you!

I'm one weeks out from my umbilical surgery and mine doesn't look right . It's too folded up , and very stiff around the area, like a rock underneath my skin. . Did gona change any or stay the same? Please let me know. Thanks. Alex

Dear Dr. Robert Moore:

I am a Canadian who has under gone 6 operations as a result of a right inguinal hernia. Last year I learned of the Kugel Hernia Mesh Implant recall however because of previous medical treatment doctors in Ontario are refusing to any further treatment.
