I used to work at KBPI in Denver in the early 70's. We had to do "Public Service" at least once a week and most stations opted for some Religious programming on Sunday mornings usually at 6AM. We ran this shit on Sunday mornings at 6AM when I used to open the station as we didn't have a 24 hour license. I was amused that this was blaring from EVERYONE'S radios.
Listened to Wolfman Jack on American armed forces radio in the 70's he played the best music. Took me ages to get the Aerial in the right spot to pick him up as I lived in Manchester, England
