Thanks for putting this vid up, i had no idea how to improve on my time but this helped out quite a bit, ive even added my own technique onto certain parts so now i got 2:07 as my time, I'm AirbornArab if you wanna look me up =], what's this double/triple jump thing on the beam that you're talking about btw?

Pretty good, a couple of interesting difference between you and me... You jump the last fence before the heli instead of going through the door... surely that is slower snce you can build up enough speed to go into a sprint through the door. also, you run up that last spiral staircase when you could wall run and climb up.
